Orders and availability Inventory is not secured until payment is confirmed. Starting checkout may create a temporary hold, but an unpaid or expired checkout does not complete a sale. Humble Seramas may cancel and refund an order when an animal-welfare, legal, inventory, weather, or fulfillment concern prevents a responsible transfer.

Live bird sales Each listing describes the bird or group offered, known health information, and material disclosures. Buyers should review those details and ask questions before payment. Health status is based on records and observations available before transfer; no seller can guarantee that a live bird will remain free of illness after it leaves the breeder’s care. The buyer accepts responsibility for quarantine, housing, nutrition, veterinary care, and biosecurity after transfer.

For local pickup, the buyer should inspect the bird and raise any obvious listing or condition discrepancy before leaving. Pickup is by appointment and exact instructions are provided after payment.

Hatching egg terms Hatching eggs originate from the NPIP-participating flock. Eggs are selected and packed with care, but fertility at collection is not a promise of a successful hatch. Transit, temperature, storage, incubator accuracy, turning, humidity, sanitation, and other outside conditions affect results. No fertility percentage or hatch-rate guarantee is made unless a listing expressly states otherwise in writing.

Shipping and weather Shipping is offered only when shown on the listing. Carrier dates are estimates. Humble Seramas may delay shipment when weather, carrier conditions, animal welfare, or required documentation makes shipment unsafe or impractical. If an order cannot ship within the promised period, the buyer may accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund as required by law.

Egg customers should promptly photograph visible package damage, including the box, label, packing, and affected eggs. A report does not automatically establish refund or replacement eligibility; the circumstances, carrier options, listing terms, and applicable law will be reviewed.

Deposits, cancellations, and refunds When a listing permits a deposit, the amount due today and remaining balance are disclosed before payment. Unless a listing states otherwise, deposits are nonrefundable because they remove unique inventory from active availability and compensate for the hold. At the buyer’s request, a deposit may be transferred to another available Humble Seramas listing after written confirmation. The replacement is not reserved until confirmation, and the buyer is responsible for any price difference. Deposits are not redeemable for cash. Nothing limits a right that cannot legally be waived. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practicable.

Customer responsibilities Buyers agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and pickup information and respond reasonably promptly when fulfillment coordination is required. Humble Seramas may contact the buyer about payment, shipment, pickup, animal welfare, required documentation, or a requested delay decision.
