How purchasing works

Clear information, thoughtful conversation, and secure confirmation from first interest to placement.

1. Review the listing Read the bird details, breeding notes, health information, disclosures, and pickup or shipping availability.

2. Choose delivery and payment Select local pickup or an available shipping option. Eligible unique-bird listings may offer either full payment or a deposit; stocked hatching eggs are paid in full.

3. Complete secure checkout Accept the sales terms and pay through Stripe. A unique bird or selected egg-pack quantity is temporarily held for 30 minutes while checkout is open. Inventory changes only after Stripe confirms payment.

4. Arrange fulfillment Keep your order number. Humble Seramas will follow up with pickup details or shipping coordination, including any expedited quote requested separately.
