Local pickup Pickup is available in Johnston County, North Carolina by appointment. Exact directions and timing are shared after payment confirmation. Buyers should bring an appropriate secure carrier for live birds and inspect the purchase before leaving.
Hatching egg shipping Standard hatching-egg orders use one USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate shipping charge per checkout unless the listing states otherwise. Each egg is individually cushioned and packed to withstand normal postal handling. Shipping may be postponed when anticipated temperatures are likely to affect the eggs.
USPS delivery timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee a particular arrival day. Transit handling and temperature are outside Humble Seramas’ control, so shipment does not include a hatch-rate guarantee.
Expedited and live-bird shipping Expedited service is available only by quote. Live-bird shipping is offered only when explicitly enabled on a listing and when age, destination, weather, carrier rules, health documentation, and welfare permit safe travel.
Delays and damage If an order cannot ship within the promised period, Humble Seramas will offer a revised date or cancellation of the unshipped order for a refund as required by law.
