Hatching egg shipping Hatching-egg customers may choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express when an eligible rate is available for the destination. One egg pack ships in an 8 × 6 × 6-inch box. Up to two egg packs may share the applicable larger box. Eggs are never priced as an envelope shipment. Each egg is individually cushioned and packed to withstand normal postal handling. Shipping may be postponed when anticipated temperatures are likely to affect the eggs.
USPS delivery timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee a particular arrival day. Serama eggs can be especially difficult to hatch. Fertility, development, and hatch results are affected by transit, handling, temperature, storage, and incubation conditions outside Humble Seramas’ control. No fertility or hatch-rate guarantee applies.
Day-old chick shipping Nationwide chick orders are sold by color at the price shown per paid chick. Standard-weather orders may use a 6+2 bonus pack or an 8+2 bonus pack. During cold-weather shipping, the 8+2 pack is required and one $5 UniHeat charge is added per shipment. Hydrogel is included with every shipped chick order.
Day-old chicks ship by USPS Priority Mail Express in a USPS-approved 12 × 9 × 6-inch, 25-count chick box. Up to 25 day-old chicks may travel in one box. Chicks are shipped only when they meet current postal age, packaging, timing, destination, weather, and welfare requirements. Shipment may be postponed or cancelled when safe delivery within the required timeframe is not reasonably available.
