Are the birds health tested? Humble Seramas maintains an NPIP-tested, AI-clean flock. Listing-specific health information and disclosures are shown on each bird page.

Can you hold a bird? Starting Stripe Checkout creates a 30-minute payment hold. A unique bird is marked sold after full payment or reserved after a confirmed deposit. An abandoned or expired checkout releases the hold automatically.

Do you guarantee hatching rates? No. Fertility and hatch outcomes can be affected by transit, storage, and incubation. The applicable disclosures and sales terms are presented before purchase.

How are hatching eggs shipped? Customers may choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout. One egg pack uses an 8 × 6 × 6-inch box, and the rate changes with the selected service and quantity.

Do you ship every bird? No. Shipping availability is determined for each listing and may depend on age, weather, destination, documentation, and carrier conditions.
